IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
CRLMC No.6 of 2011 Smt. Madhabi Kamila and others ....
Petitioners Mr. N.K. Dash, Advocate -VersusState of Odisha and another ....
Opposite Parties Mr. P.K. Mohanty, Advocate
CORAM:
MR. JUSTICE R.K. PATTANAIK
ORDER
06.05.2022 Order No.
11.
1.
Despite an order dated 8th April, 2022 and subsequent order dated 22nd April, 2022, no material has been brought before the Court with respect to compromise. In fact, by order dated 8th April, 2022 the parties, namely, petitioners and O.P.No.2, in view the claim of compromise between them, had been directed to file a joint affidavit by the next date.
2.
However, today none is present on behalf the petitioners. No instruction has also been received from the side of the State. The learned counsel for O.P.No.2 is, however, present. 3.
On account of absence of the petitioners when the matter is called out, the Court finds no reason to keep it pending. 4.
Resultantly, the CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge TUDU
