This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 12.08.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Jajpur in ICC No.156 of 2011 wherein the learned S.D.J.M rejected the petition filed by the Petitioner to issue summons to Kailash Das, Sarpanch of Badaswar G.P.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. Earlier occasion also no one appeared for the Petitioner. This case is of the year 2012. The Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

4. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
