Right now the kisam of the land in question is Sarba Sadharan Road and therefore, as rightly pointed out by Opposite Parties the question of allotting such land in favour of the Petitioner does not arise. Unless the ROR is changed to indicate a different purpose, no such direction can be issued by the Opposite Parties.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as such.
