1. Giving the nature of relief sought for and with there being no interim order passed by this Court for over eight years now, and admittedly two batches of students already having passed out the DMLT and DMRT two-year courses in the mean while, the Court does not consider it appropriate to continue entertaining this writ petition which was filed in the year 2014 challenging an Advertisement of 2013. Nevertheless, it will be open to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition, if any cause of action arises in future.
