2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Kujang P.S. Case No.170 of 2012 corresponding to G.R Case No.551 of 2012 pending in the court of learned J.M.F..C (P), Kujang.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. This Court issued notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by registered post with A.D vide order dated 15.01.2013. Till date requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party No.2 have not yet been filed.

4. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.
