This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the proceeding in G.R. Case No.537 of 1992 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Jajpur and stay execution/recall the N.B.W. issued vide order dated 18th August, 2010 by the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur against them in the aforesaid proceeding.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners at the time of call.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.

However, Petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter and make a motion for bail and in that event, the Court in seisin over the matter shall consider their bail application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably on the same day.
