Heard Mr. P.S. Nayak, learned Senior Penal Counsel for the Govt. of India for the petitioners and Mr. U.K. Samal, learned counsel for the opposite party.

Since the petitioners have come against the remand order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, in O.A. No.115 of 2011, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is open to the Departmental Promotion Committee to consider the case of the opposite party in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
