Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Considering the submissions and the averments made in this application, it is directed that G.R. Case number as mentioned '216', '215' and '216' in the 2nd, 13th and 15th lines of paragraph-4 of order dated 8th July, 2022 passed in the aforesaid Criminal Misc. Case, be corrected as '215', '216' and '215' respectively. Rest part of the order dated 8th July, 2022 remains unaltered.
