Heard the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

It is disclosed based on development in Annexure-6, in disposal of Section 32 application under the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act with paragraph 111 Orissa Mutation Manual, there has been further transaction. It is alleged this order has been passed behind of the Petitioner. For the nature of dispute, this Court finds if the Petitioner is aggrieved by any of action involved herein, if so advised, may prefer appropriate suit for proper declaration by the competent court of law.
