This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 14.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.26370 of 2021 having not been complied with by the Opposite Party-Contemnor and also CONTC No.2150 of 2022 disposed of on 22.04.2022 and providing another opportunity was given to the Contemnor to comply with the direction of this Court. However, this is the 2nd contempt application. 4.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court issue notice on the contemnor. 5.

Issue notice to the contemnors by Registered Post with A.D by fixing short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within one week.

The Contemnors are directed to file show-cause within a period of four weeks positively.

List this matter in the week commencing from 1st of August, 2022.
