2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 19.02.2009 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Kandala in G.R. Case No.200 of 2008 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has taken cognizance under Sections 147/148/341/323/307/302/149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act against him.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

4. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
