1. The prayer regarding shifting of the shop is no longer surviving. As regards refund is concerned, it will be open to the Petitioner to file an application approaching the Government for appropriate relief in accordance with law. In considering the said application of the Petitioner, the Government will keep in view the decision of this Court dated 27th January, 2016 in W.P.(C) No.6779 of 2015 (Shakti Prasad Mohanty v. State of Orissa).
