This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This criminal revision has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to set aside the order dated 21st November, 2009 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jajpur in Crl. Revision No.28 of 2009 under Annexure-8, arising out of I.C.C. No.214 of 2008, and the consequential order under Annexure-9 pursuant to the Annexure-8. 3.

It appears that the Petitioner No.1 is the complainant in the aforesaid case filed for commitment of the said case and the aforesaid criminal revision has been allowed and the case is triable by the court of sessions.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called.

The case is of the year 2010.

As such, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter. 7.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 8.

Interim order dated 29th March, 2010 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.507 of 2010 stand vacated.
