According to the Police investigation, the wife of the petitioner is alleged to have eloped with a tantric in the year 2013. In spite of best efforts by the Police, however, both the tantric and wife of the petitioner could not be nabbed.

As none appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called, the WPCRL is dismissed for non-prosecution.
