1. It is seen that the tractor in question has already been sold. Despite repeated efforts of the Court and the Permanent & Continuous Lok Adalat no settlement has been able to be arrived at. In the circumstances, the Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage.

2. It will be open to the Petitioner to seek other appropriate remedies for recovery of damages.
