It is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the Order No.

notice vide Annexure-2 issued to the Petitioner thereby calling for explanation, the Petitioner has already submitted his explanation vide Annexure-11. In course of submission it has also been brought to the notice of this Court that the proceeding vide Annexure-10 is still pending.

In the circumstance, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event the proceeding vide Annexure-10 is still pending, explanation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-11 may be included in the consideration process. It is also the responsibility of the Petitioner to bring the order of this Court to the notice of the competent authority.
