1. The Petitioner is permitted to urge all the grounds raised in the present petition at the appropriate stage before the trial Court. The Petitioner will appear before the S.D.J.M., Boudh in C.T. Case No.18 of 2015/38 of 2016 on 9th January, 2023. Till that time, the NBW issued shall remain stayed.

2. No further directions are called for. The CRLMC is disposed of.

3. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Subordinate Court forthwith.
