Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

undisputedly in all the proceedings involved herein even found to be involving a direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C).No.10000 of 2009 nowhere finds petitioner has any involvement. Petitioner brought this writ petition involving an order at Annexure-5 appearing to be right of the petitioner is taken away in the guise of working out of the orders of the competent authority involving mutation case, mutation review and mutation appeal and finding writ court direction for compliance of the order ultimately passed.

This Court finds the petitioner has no locu-standi to involve all such orders. Of course, if petitioner is aggrieved by such orders, it may be open to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceeding and involving all such persons likely to be affected as the further dispute is likely to be involved disputed facts and or suppression of material facts in the previous proceedings.
