None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 22.04.2014 passed in O.A. No. 2011 (c) of 2013, by which the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack has disposed of the original application with a direction to the opposite parties to pass appropriate order with reasons on the joining report dated 03.11.2011 submitted by the petitioner before 30th April, 2014. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to file her separate joining report before the Government on or before 30.04.2014 and the Government shall take appropriate follow up action by giving an appropriate posting order to the petitioner at least one day ahead of her retirement. The proceeding initiated against the petitioner shall however continue and be disposed of as per Rules unless the Government in their discretion desire to drop the same.

While entertaining this writ petition, this Court, vide order dated 04.05.2015, stayed the further proceeding in C.D.I. Case No. 29 of 2014 till disposal of the writ petition. But today when the

matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. Since it is an old case of the year 2014, this Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournment.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order dated 04.05.2015 passed in Misc. Case No. 8038 of 2015 stands vacated.
