1. Counsel for the Opposite Party states that the notification under challenge has been rendered redundant. Even the interim order dated 31st January, 2013 of this Court has worked itself out since the articles seized have a limited shelf life which has been crossed a long time ago.

2. In that view of the matter, no purpose will be served in keeping the present petition pending. It is disposed of as such.
