For the reason stated therein and taking into consideration the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioners, the prayer is allowed and the time to surrender of the petitioner No.5-Suvendu Kumar Gumansingh is hereby extended for another two weeks hence. It is however, clarified that no further time would be granted for the above purpose.
