1. It appears that pursuant to the order dated 21st January, 2010 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.107 of 2003, the Opposite Party-East Coast Railway have passed the order dated 1st/6th October, 2010. If aggrieved by the said order, the correct course for the Petitioner to have adopted was to file a fresh petition and not the present contempt petition.
