This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

The Petitioners have filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the opposite parties to correct the electric bill within a stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have made a representation to the Executive Engineer, Cuttack Electrical Division, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.1, vide Annexure-14, and the same is still pending for consideration.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that if the representation of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-14, is still pending, the same be disposed of by the opposite party no.1,

// 2 // not later than two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and result thereof be intimated to the Petitioners. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by such decision, they may challenge the same before the appropriate fourm. 5.

However, if the power supply to the premises of the Petitioners has not been disconnected, the same shall not be made till disposal of the said representation.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
