1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the present case arises out of the order passed by the learned court below taking cognizance against the Petitioner.

2. Having regard to the fact that the grounds advanced herein can be agitated in a petition for discharge there is no point in interfering the order impugned.

3. In view of the above, there is no merit in the revision. The same is accordingly dismissed.
