Mr. Ajit Kumar Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order of transfer and in the meantime she has retired from service. By efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
