Heard Mr. R. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to consider their objection under Annexure-7 series and publish the reservation policy and criteria of reservation in respect of Samiti Sabhya Election published for Tumusingha Grama Panchayat Constituency under Kamakshyanagar Block in the district of Dhenkanal and follow the reservation provisions as provided under the Constitution of India and Orissa Panchayat Samiti Act, 1959 and Orissa Panchayat Samiti Election Rules, 1991 and the Orissa Grama Panchayats Act, 1964. They further seek to quash the notification dated 07.01.2022 under Annexure-5
being contrary to Annexure-4 series in respect of Tumusingha Grama Panchayat.

Since the election process has already begun, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
