In the course of hearing of CRLMC, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the present criminal case had not been disposed of in the meantime by the learned trial Court and the cause of action for the petitioner still survives, in such event the petitioner may be granted with liberty to prosecute his remedy afresh. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
