1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is no longer with the Cooperative Society. The issue in the present petition concerned his being placed under suspension by a resolution which was stayed by this Court. In the circumstances, the petition has been rendered infructuous because of the above developments.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. The interim order passed earlier, stands vacated.
