This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 8th December, 2021 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bargarh in C.M.C. No.29-761 of 2016, whereby an application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been partly allowed.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the PRFAM seeking liberty to file a properly constituted petition with better particulars.

Granting such liberty, this RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn.

5.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-4 be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
