In the course of hearing of this CRLMC application, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the CRLMC may be disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to approach this Court afresh, if the cause of action still survives for the surviving Petitioners. 3.
Learned counsel for the State-Vigilance is present. 4.
In view of the aforesaid submission and prayer, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit in this case disposes of the CRLMC application with liberty to the Petitioners to approach this Court afresh in case the cause of action still survives for the surviving Petitioners.
