Heard Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Petitioners and Mr. S. Roy, learned Counsel for Opposite Party. 3.
The State functionaries being the Petitioners have challenged the common Order dated 25.04.2017 passed by the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 3273 (C) of 2014 and batch of cases directing the Petitioners to extend the service and financial benefits to the Opposite Party with effect from 01.03.2009.

Learned Counsel for the parties contended that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been decided in an analogous matter, i.e. W.P.(C) No. 1805 of 2018 vide order dated 05.05.2022 and this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the said Writ Petition. 5.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the order dated 05.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1805 of 2018.
