Heard Mr. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

Mr. Somesh Kumar Upadhyay, Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Deogarh appears in person. A compliance affidavit sworn to by Special LAR & R.O., Rengali Irrigation Project, Baghuabol, Talcher is filed in Court today, wherein it has been stated that compensation amount has already paid to the land owners along with interest and such amount has already been received by the land owners. The documents to that effect have been annexed to the compliance affidavit as Annexure-A/3 and B/3 respectively. The compliance affidavit be kept on record. 4.

In view of the above, since the relief claimed by the petitioner has already been granted, nothing more remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly and the personal appearance of the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Deogarh is dispensed with.
