Heard Mr. B.N. Panda-2, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging that the date of opening of the sealed quotation though was fixed to 05.01.2022, but on that date it was cancelled and subsequently, it was intimated that the date line was enhanced to 10.01.2022 at 2.00 PM. He brings to the notice of this Court Annexure-2 dated 05.01.2022 and further contended that though such notification was dated as 05.01.2022, but it was actually issued on 09.01.2022. 4.

On careful perusal of the records, this Court finds that nothing has been placed before this Court to substantiate the above allegation nor has the

petitioner produced any document to that effect. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to accept the plea of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Thereby, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed. Alok ...........................
