Learned Additional Government Advocate stated that since the matter relates to fee structure for the academic session 2010-11, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.

In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as infructuous.
