2. Heard Mr. Subash Ch. Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash Annexure-7, whereby the opposite party No.2 has cancelled supply order vide Annexure-2 for supply of 600 Poly Carbonate shields and further direct restoration of the same.

4. Since the period of contract is for five years and the same has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
