1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.

2. Petitioner had defaulted in payment of installments of a loan for a sum of ₹15,12,000.00 raised from Tata Motors Finance Limited to be repaid in 47 monthly EMIs starting from 15.12.2011 to 15.10.2015.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that since the loan account has been settled, he prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition, for which has filed a Memo in Court today. The same be kept on record.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
