1. This writ petition has been filed on 31st July 2012 seeking implementation of an order dated 6th March 1998 of this Court in O.J.C. No.2764 of 1998 which was passed more than fourteen years earlier.
2. It is claimed by learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners that the Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Bhubaneswar is still seized of the matter in Revision Case No.83 of 1987.
3. Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State on the other hand states that he has no instructions.
4. It is accordingly directed that if the above Revision Case No.83 of 1987 has not yet been disposed of, it should be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of production of a downloaded copy of this order before the ADM by the Petitioner within fifteen days hence.
5. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
