In view of amendment made in the provisions of Section10-A(2)(c) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment (MMDR) Act, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. However, if any cause of action still survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum.
