Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and0 on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Kundheigola P.S. Case No.08 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.19 of 2020 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Reamal within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the Petitioner shall not indulge himself in commission of any similar type of activities; and shall appear in
// 2 // person before the Court in seisin of the case on each and every date of posting of the case till conclusion of the trial. Violation of any of the above condition(s) would entail cancellation of bail.
