In this writ petition, the petitioner-institution has prayed for a direction to the opp. party No.3 to allow its students to appear in ANM/HW (F) examination for the academic session 2009-10. 5.

Since the period of academic session 2009-10 has already expired, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, as infructuous.
