The Petitioner vide Annexure-7 is stated to have filed a representation before the Commissioner of Endowment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar against appointment of Opposite Party Nos.3 to 11 as non-hereditary trustees of Sri Umamaheswar Dev Temple, Balugaon.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner of Endowment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-7 within a period of two months from the date

of receipt of the certified copy or soft copy of this order by passing a reasoned order.

Till disposal of the representation, the charge of the management shall not be handed over to newly constituted non-hereditary trustees.

The Petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures along with certified copy or soft copy of this order to Commissioner of Endowment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar for convenience and reference to Annexures-7.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 8.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
