1. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the Excise Commissioner (Opposite Party No.2) for waiver of the demand for the closure period and for re-computation of the demand.

2. If such application is made before the Excise Commissioner, Odisha, Cuttack not later than 1st February, 2023; it will be disposed of with a reasoned order after hearing the Petitioner within a period of two months thereafter.
