Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-8 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Chief General Manager, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.- opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-8 and do the needful within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
