This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Petitioner has a serious grievance in the matter of nonrealization of arrear in spite of progress in the execution proceeding. 3.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court finds no scope for entertaining such issue at this stage. However, keeping in view that the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur has ample jurisdiction to get into the issue involved herein, this Court while disposing of the writ petition as not entertainable at this stage, directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur to expedite the realization issue by adopting the procedure required to be followed in such matters.

Petitioner is directed to serve an authenticated copy of this order on the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
