During course of submission, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application after obtaining the detailed information with regard to preparation of voter list in the ensuing Panchayat election. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, but however, with liberty as prayed for. 3.
