In limiting his request in the writ petition, Mr. Padhi, learned counsel for Petitioner prays for a direction to the competent authority to dispose of the C.D.A. Appeal No.18 of 2021. 2.

Considering the submission made by Mr. Padhi, learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event there is already institution of C.D.A. Appeal as noted hereinabove, all attempt may be made by the Secretary, Urban & Housing Development, Department, Odisha-O.P.3 to dispose of the same providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
