1. The Petitioner's representation dated 13th December, 2021 shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Parties 6 to 23 and giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st August, 2022 and the said order be made available to them not later than 8th August, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
