1. This matter is taken up in the 1st National Lok Adalat in presence of the Advocates/representatives of both the AppellantInsurance Company and Respondent Nos.1 to 3 & 5-claimants through Hybrid Mode.

2. On the basis of the compromise made between the parties, the claim is settled at a consolidated sum of Rs.42,00,000/-(Rupees Forty-two Lakhs) as compensation.

3. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the modified award amount before the learned Tribunal within a period of two months which shall be disbursed to the claimants on such terms and proportion to be decided by the Tribunal.

4. On deposit of the modified award amount before the learned Tribunal and filing of a receipt evincing the deposit before this Court with a refund application, the statutory deposit made before

this Court with accrued interest thereon shall be refunded to the Appellant-Insurance Company.

5. The appeal is disposed of.

6. The appeal having been disposed of in the Lok Adalat, no Court fee is payable.
