The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Tahasildar, Aul-Opposite Party No.2 to implement the direction of the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack in R.P. Case No.415 of 2007.

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to move the competent court for redressal of their grievances in accordance with law.
