1. Considering the passage of time during which there is no interim order passed by this Court and with the impugned order setting aside an order of confiscation of a truck of the Opposite Party, the Court finds its impractical now to interfere with the impugned order of the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Sambalpur in F.A.O. No.7/4 of 2015.

2. Consequently, while leaving the questions of law arising from the said order open for consideration in some other case and clarifying that it will not constitute a precedent, The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
